Delivery and shipping charges
Delivery method
Our store will ship products using either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, Japan Post, or Daiichi Cargo. You cannot specify the shipping company.
Shipping Fee
If the total amount of your order is 10,000 yen or more (including tax), we will ship your order free of charge. If the total amount is less than 10,000 yen, an additional 550 yen will be charged.
*If the parcel is returned to our store due to an extended absence or refusal to accept it, you will be charged the round-trip shipping fee.
*Delivery is limited to addresses within Japan.
*Delivery delays may occur due to busy periods during long holidays or bad weather.
