We will send you an order confirmation email immediately after you place your order. If you do not receive an email, the following may be the cause.

Is it possible to issue a receipt corresponding to the invoice?
When placing an order, please indicate in the comments section that you would like an invoice-compatible receipt and the recipient's name. We will send you an invoice by email after the product is shipped.
I don't know how to use the coupon.
There is a form on the purchase procedure screen where you can enter the coupon code. Enter the coupon code there and press the apply button to apply the discount.

I want to change the delivery address.
Changes can only be made before shipment. Please make your request through the inquiry form.

Can I specify a delivery company?
Due to our delivery contract, we are unable to allow customers to specify a delivery company.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Since this is a gift, please do not include anything indicating the amount.
Please rest assured that no invoices or other documents with prices listed will be included with the product.
I would like the item to be wrapped and gift wrapped.
We apologize, but we do not provide gift wrapping or gift tags.

I can't find any accessories.
Accessories for home sewing machines are often stored inside the auxiliary table.
Please refer to the instruction manual for details.
No optional items are included.
The sewing machine and optional items may be shipped from different locations depending on the delivery address.

Do you accept trade-ins?
We offer trade-in discounts on some products only.

What is the breakdown of the warranty period?
We offer a 5-year repair warranty (1 year manufacturer's warranty + 4 year our warranty) so that you can use the product with peace of mind after purchase.
When the product is delivered, the manufacturer's warranty will be delivered anonymously, but please rest assured that we will manage your order number.
Please note that we do not issue warranties.

If the product breaks down under normal use conditions in accordance with the instruction manual, we will repair it free of charge.
Even within the warranty period, repairs will be charged in the following cases.
- If you have lost your warranty card
- Failures and damage caused by improper use or improper repair/modification
- Breakdowns and damage caused by moving/transporting/dropping after purchase
- Breakdowns and damage caused by natural disasters, pollution, or abnormal voltage
- Breakdowns and damages caused by excessive professional use or use other than for general household use
- Breakdown or damage to parts other than the sewing machine itself (parts, consumables, etc.)
- If we are unable to verify your identity
Notes
- We cannot provide a guarantee for customers who purchase items at auctions or flea market sites.
- Secondary damage caused by product defects is not covered by the warranty.
- The warranty is valid only in Japan.
There is no dealer stamp on the warranty card.
Although we do not stamp the warranty card, please rest assured that we manage the warranty using the order number (a number starting with #).
Your warranty card will be required in the event of repairs, so please keep it in a safe place without writing anything on it.
How much does it cost to ship a repair?
Shipping fees will vary depending on the expiration of the warranty period. Please refer to the following.
Less than one year from purchase date <br/>No charge to the customer
Purchased less than 2 years ago <br/>One-way shipping fee will be charged
After 2 years from purchase, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
*If no specific symptoms are found during inspection or if the problem is outside the repair regulations (damage, etc.), you may be required to pay the round-trip shipping costs even if the product is within the warranty period.

We offer a personalized instruction service to help our customers use our sewing machines comfortably. This service costs 1,200 yen (tax included) per sewing machine for instruction. If you are interested, please feel free to contact your nearest store.
